Refund policy

Every Maraasim piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, so please read this before ordering.

Order cancellation. You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched — just email us at [email] with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns. Because each piece is unique and made by hand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or for minor variations in colour, texture, or finish — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted work, not defects.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, email us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). Once verified, we will offer a replacement where available, or a full refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (or of our receiving the returned item, where a return applies). Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
