Our products. Every Maraasim piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. Slight variations in colour, size, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade work and are part of each piece's character — not faults. Product images are as accurate as we can make them but may differ slightly from the piece you receive.

Pricing & payment. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹); international customers may see converted prices. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment is taken securely through our payment partners at checkout.

Availability. As pieces are unique, an item shown as available may sell out at any time. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable.

Intellectual property. The Maraasim by Maria name, logo, designs, photographs, and all site content are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Maraasim by Maria is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
