Shipping policy

Processing & dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking details by email once your piece ships.

Domestic (India). Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹[amount] applies at checkout.

International. We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Any customs duties, import taxes, or charges levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Packaging. Every piece is packed carefully to protect it in transit.

Delays. Once a parcel is with our courier, delivery is subject to the courier and — for international orders — customs clearance, both outside our control. We'll always help you track and follow up.
